Bryan and Lisa Talmadge Win on Weiss
Bryan and Lisa Talmadge of Moody, Alabama dominated the eight teams competing in the Alabama North Couples Trail event held on Weiss Lake in Cedar Bluff, Alabama this past weekend. They landed 20.49 pounds for their limit and captured ladies and men’s big bass pots weighing 5.54 pounds and 5.87 pounds. Bryan and Lisa relied upon jigs for the win.
Ron and Elaine Holler finished second with five bass weighing 13.70 pounds. Elaine and Ron credited texas rigged brush hogs for their weight.

All ABA American Couples Series events involve a team format with each team composed of one man and one woman. Contestants between the ages of 14 and 16 years old may participate with a parent’s written permission. The top angling couples from across the nation earn the right to compete in the annual American Bass Anglers Couples Series National Championship event.
